How to order a product?

In the online store, you select the product, color and size and click it to add it to your cart. Clicking on a shopping cart or your online store profile icon will take you to the order preview page. You can change the quantity there, delete the product or if you wish you can add a new one by returning to the desired section. When you are finished selecting your product, while browsing the shopping cart, press the next step button and select the shipping and payment method and fill out all required fields. After entering all the information, click on the button to confirm the order and make payment for the selected product. Your order comes to us at the mail address, and after processing the order, you will receive a return number to track your order at the mail address. How to return a product purchased from an online store?

You can return the products within 15 days of receiving your order. The product or products must be returned undamaged, unused and in original packaging.

If you return the product directly by mail, please fill out the Waiver Statement, which we will send to you.

The buyer may also submit his own termination statement expressly stating that he is terminating the contract, stating the order number.

It is understood that the buyer returned the goods in a timely manner if it was sent before the expiration of 15 days. The date on which the mail was dated by the postal service provider is considered to be the date of dispatch.

Refunds will be made within 15 days of receiving the notice of termination of the contract subject to the return of the product. The service provider reserves the right to withhold payment of the payment received until the return of the returned products or until the customer submits proof that he has sent the products back to the service provider.

If you return the product on the basis of warranty or material defect, we invite you to contact us at mail support@shoozeeshop.com, and explain in detail the reason for the return of the product, with the attached evidence (photo).

How can I change my order?

If you have confirmed your order and have already received an email confirmation, the order can be changed. If you think this is an error, you have changed your mind or want to replace, remove or add the product to your order, please contact us at support@shoozeeshop.com or in the inbox facebook page.

 

Can I change my shipping address after I’ve already placed my order?

If you have already received the confirmation email via email, you can change your shipping address within 48 hours. We can do this for you, but only if you notify us of this change in a timely manner, or the same day you received the confirmation message. In that case, please contact us at support@shoozeeshop.com.

 

How can I determine what shoe size to order?

To help determine appropriate sizing, we recommend referring to the original manufacturer`s size guide. We always suggest that you order half the size bigger number.

 

What if I have a problem completing an order in the cart?

If you are unable to complete your order at checkout, please contact customer support by email. Please make sure to provide as many details as possible (browser, device type, error message being recevied, etc.) as well as any avaliable screenshots.

 

What if my card payment says it failed?

Our payment operator uses 3D secure. Your payment may be denied, because your bank does not approve payments outside your country of residence. Contact the bank or try another card.

 

Service you use for delivery?

We send all our packages via DHL delivery service. We want to provide you with the fastest possible delivery, but keep in mind that we need to process an order, it could be 2 – 3 days. Please note your goods will only be shipped Monday-Friday. A signature will be required on delivery, someone else can sign for the package. If you’re not home to receive the delivery, DHL will leave you a contact card to pick up the package in person from your nearest depot.

 

What is the average delivery time?

Delivery time for goods purchased at the Shoozee Shop store is 5-12 business days. Due to the increased quantity of orders during the seasonal discounts, the delivery period can be extended up to 20 working days.

 

How much does shipping cost ?

We ship worldwide for free. Price in every product include shipping costs.

 

What does this mean if the product is out of stock?

If the product cannot be delivered, the product will be withdrawn from the online store offer. In the event that your order cannot be completed, a refund will be made through the service that made the payment. If you are interested in buying a product that is not on the online store page, please contact us at support@shoozeeshop.com or on the inbox at Facebook or Instragam page and we will check for you if you can order the model you want to order or we can recommend a similar product that might give you answer.
